Ideal Lingua Translations, an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Organization and a leading provider of language translation services, is seeking meticulous and dedicated candidates for the role of Proofreader/Quality Checker including typing work. Our office is conveniently located in Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi.

📌 Job: Back Office Assistant (MS Office – Typing, QA & Proofreading Documents)

⏰ Time: 10 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon–Sat

📍 Location: Sector-6, Rohini, New Delhi-110085

💼 Work:

• Typing & formatting documents in MS Word
• Making tables in MS Word
• Checking grammar & spelling in documents

• Collaborate with teammates to ensure timely receipt of documents for proofreading/QA.

• Address client queries and clarify any content-related doubts.

• Ensure timely and accurate handling and completion of client documents.

• Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

• Stay updated with the company’s services and offerings.

Requirements and Skills: 

• Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in using features like headers/footers, footnotes, and page alignment/indents.

• Customer-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

• Good English & attention to detail

💰 Salary: INR 16,000-20,000 or as per experience
