Backend Operations Executive

Coordinate with insurance companies and TPA team leaders regarding investigation claim cases.

Track and follow up on claim progress, completion status, and closure status.

Coordinate with field investigation teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within defined TAT.

Maintain proper documentation and records related to investigation cases.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports and MIS.

Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders for effective claim closure.

Key Skills Required:

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Basic knowledge of insurance / TPA claim processes (preferred)

Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
