Background Verification Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough background checks on candidates through various databases such as Criminal, Education, Employment etc.
• Verify candidate's details like Education history, Employment History, reference check, court record check, address verification etc.
• Perform document verification by reviewing relevant documents like Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card etc.
• Ensure accurate completion of all required fields during the screening process.
• Coordinate with clients for case updates, pending documents and TAT management
• Prepare and share accurate verification reports within defined timelines
• Follow up on pending verifications and escalate delays to senior staff
• Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in Background Verification (BGV) or related field.
• Strong understanding of BGV processes including document verification, Employment Verification and Education verification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work in a office environment
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and professional email drafting
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Immediate joiners preferred
