Hiring: Professional Baker (Eggless Specialist)We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team 🍞✨

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare eggless sponge cakes, desserts, and fondant finishes
• Bake a variety of breads including sourdough
• Handle croissants, puff pastry, pizzas, and artisanal bakes
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste
• Maintain hygiene standards, FIFO, and kitchen cleanliness
• Manage batching, production planning, and wastage control
• Monitor and optimize costing of recipes and ingredients
• Create and follow SOPs for kitchen operations
• Stay flexible and adapt to new recipes and trends
• Comfortable appearing on camera for content (optional but preferred)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in eggless baking
• Strong knowledge of artisan breads & laminated doughs
• Understanding of kitchen management & food safety
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
• Team player with a growth mindset

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with croissant lamination & puff pastry
• Creative dessert presentation
• Interest in social media/content creation
