• Monitor baking equipment and ensure correct temperature and settings.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Track ingredient usage and assist with inventory management.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and dispatch preparation when required.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow SOPs to maintain efficiency and minimize wastage.
