Baker

We are looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a wide variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods with consistent quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, cookies, and breads

Design and create new dessert menus and seasonal specials

Ensure high-quality standards in taste, texture, and presentation

Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requirements

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards

Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies

Train and supervise junior kitchen staff if required

Ensure timely production and delivery of orders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role

Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

Creativity and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Diploma or certification in bakery/pastry arts (preferred)

Skills:

Cake decoration & fondant work

Dessert plating & presentation

Time management

Teamwork & communication
