Bakery Helper

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Serving

* Greet customers and take orders politely

* Serve bakery items (cakes, pastries, breads, snacks, beverages)

* Handle counter billing (Cash / UPI / Card)

* Pack takeaway orders properly

Kitchen & Coffee Duties*

* Assist in basic kitchen preparation, plating, and packing

* Prepare and serve coffee (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.)

* Support baker/kitchen staff during peak hours

Hygiene & Safety

* Maintain cleanliness at counter and kitchen

* Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Shift Timings:*

Bakery Hours: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Shift Options

* Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

 (Fixed or rotational as per requirement)

Required Skills & Qualities:

* Bakery or café experience is mandatory

* Knowledge of basic kitchen operations & coffee making

* Good communication and customer-handling skills

* Ability to multitask (serving + kitchen + coffee)

* Punctual, honest, and hardworking

* Having the experience with the company like Starbucks, Costa Coffee, CCD, etc.
