Job Title : Banquet Sales Executive & Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Banquet Sales Executive & Coordinator who can handle banquet sales, client coordination, and smooth execution of events. 

The candidate will be responsible for generating business, converting leads, coordinating with clients, and ensuring flawless event delivery.

Responsibilities

- Handle banquet and auditorium inquiries (corporate, social & the institutional events)

- Generate new business through calls, walk-ins, references, and follow-ups

- Share quotations, proposals, and close bookings

- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

- Maintain client database and regular follow-up with prospective clients

- Coordination Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients from booking confirmation till event completion

- Understand client requirements (event flow, setup, food, AV, décor, timing)

- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, kitchen, housekeeping, security, AV)

- Ensure timely setup as per the event plan

- Be present during events to manage coordination and handle last-minute issues

- Documentation & Reporting 

- Prepare BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)

- Maintain booking records, payment follow-ups, and invoices

- Share daily / weekly sales and event reports with management
