Barista

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage stock levels and inform the manager about inventory requirements
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the café

Skills & Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in the food & beverage industry (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
