Barista

We are looking for a Barista to join our team at Toast And Roast and prepare delicious bevarages for the guests. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff (If needed). The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹20000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar area.
• Set up the area with utensils and equipment.
• Preparing drinks in the suggested time.
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.
• Supervise and help colleagues; assist as needed.
• Take charge of POS system
• Handle cash carefully
• Promote dishes and suggest new items to guests
• Bring in new ideas and keep innovating
