Barista

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee & beverages as per Cafe Crew Brew standards
• Operate espresso machine, grinder & basic café equipment
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness & food safety at all times
• Take customer orders politely and ensure good customer experience
• Handle billing/POS system (if required)
• Follow SOPs, recipes & daily opening/closing procedures
• Coordinate with team members during rush hours

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of coffee & café operations (training provided)
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Punctual, disciplined & customer-friendly attitude
• Ability to work in shifts (including weekends)
