Job Description

Role OverviewThe Bartender at Rasayyah is responsible for delivering a polished, consistent, and refined beverage experience aligned with fine dining standards. This role requires discipline, speed with precision, and strong guest interaction skills.

Candidates without fine dining or premium hospitality experience will not be considered.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBar Operations & ServicePrepare and serve beverages as per Rasayyah’s bar standards and recipes
  • Execute classic and signature cocktails with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain speed without compromising presentation or quality
  • Ensure timely service coordination with the floor team
  • Guest InteractionEngage with guests in a polite, confident, and non-intrusive manner
  • Explain cocktail ingredients, flavours, and pairing suggestions
  • Handle guest preferences and feedback professionally
  • Bar Hygiene & ComplianceMaintain highest standards of bar hygiene and cleanliness
  • Follow all FSSAI and local excise regulations
  • Ensure correct storage, labeling, and FIFO of bar inventory
  • Inventory & Cost ControlAssist in daily stock checks and bar requisitions
  • Minimise wastage and spillage
  • Report shortages or discrepancies immediately to the Restaurant Manager
  • Teamwork & DisciplineCoordinate closely with captains and service staff
  • Support smooth service flow during peak hours
  • Follow grooming, punctuality, and uniform standards strictly
  • Required Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)2–4 years of experience in fine dining / premium restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Classic cocktails & spirits
  • Basic wine service and glassware
  • Bar tools, measurements, and techniques
  • Ability to work calm and focused during rush hours
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (local language a plus)
