Job Title: Senior Female Beautician & Hair Artist (Unisex Salon)

Location: Ram Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Salon

We are launching a new Unisex Salon in Ram Nagar, Shahdara (Delhi) under Aryan Construction & Contractors (business vertical expansion) in a prime commercial area with strong local footfall. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Female Beautician & Hair Artist to join our founding team.

We are looking for someone confident, professional, and passionate about beauty and hair artistry who can help build a strong reputation in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional hair services including haircuts, styling, blow-dry, hair spa, and coloring

• Provide beauty services such as facials, waxing, threading, cleanup, and skincare treatments

• Bridal makeup and advanced makeup knowledge preferred

• Consult clients and recommend suitable services and products

• Maintain high hygiene standards and proper workstation cleanliness

• Upsell salon packages and grooming services

• Ensure excellent customer experience and repeat client retention

• Support in building bridal and festive service packages

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a salon (Unisex or Women’s Salon)

• Strong knowledge of hair treatments and beauty services

• Bridal makeup experience preferred

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Experience in branded salons will be an advantage

Salary & Incentives:

• Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skill level)

• Performance-based incentives (Commission on personal service revenue)

• Additional incentives on bridal packages & product sales
