Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Mocktails and Softdrinks
- Manage daily takeaway operations and staff
- Handle customer orders and ensure fast service
- Maintain hygiene and food quality standards
- Manage inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Handle online orders (Zomato/Swiggy)
- Maintain daily sales records and cash handling
Requirements:
- Experience in food outlet / takeaway / restaurant preferred
- Basic knowledge of online food delivery apps
- Good communication and management skills
- Ability to handle rush hours and customer queries
