Job Description
- Lead and mentor the Bid & GeM team handling government tenders.
- Develop bid strategies, evaluate opportunities, and approve submissions.
- Review RFP/RFQ documents, ensure full technical and commercial compliance.
- Coordinate with OEMs, internal departments, and government buyers for bid clarifications and documentation.
- Oversee GeM product listings, pricing, and certifications.
Monitor tender pipeline, analyze win/loss trends, and report KPIs to management
