Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities)
· ऑर्डर पिकअप (Order Pickup): स्टोर या वेयरहाउस से किराने का सामान प्राप्त करना और उसे चेक करना।
· सुरक्षित डिलीवरी (Safe Delivery): सामान को बिना किसी नुकसान के ग्राहक के पते पर पहुँचाना।
· समय का पालन (Timely Delivery): निर्धारित समय के भीतर ऑर्डर डिलीवर करना।
· ग्राहक सेवा (Customer Service): ग्राहकों के साथ विनम्र और पेशेवर व्यवहार करना।
· पेमेंट कलेक्शन (Payment Collection): कैश ऑन डिलीवरी (COD) ऑर्डर के लिए पैसे इकट्ठा करना और उनका हिसाब रखना।
· ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन (Safety Rules): हेलमेट पहनना और सभी यातायात नियमों का पालन करना।
