Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and supporting sales or service efforts by providing accurate information, resolving queries, and persuading customers where needed.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide information about products and services clearly and accurately.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Follow up with leads/customers to increase conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor during all conversations.
• Handle customer objections and resolve queries effectively.
• Record feedback and suggest improvements to calling scripts or processes.
• Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.
• Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Other Languages as required].
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM or telecalling software.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude, good listening skills, and persuasive ability.
• Preferred Skills:Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment.
• Knowledge of the products/services being offered.
