Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage bills, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.
2. Coordinate with factory staff and the production team on order status, production numbers, and dispatch schedules.
3. Maintain and update records of inventory, orders, and dispatches on MS Excel or similar tools.
4. Communicate order requirements clearly to the production floor.
5. Follow up on pending orders and flag delays to management.
6. Handle day-to-day correspondence via email and WhatsApp.
