Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate invoices, bills, and credit notes
- Verify pricing, taxes, discounts, and quantities
- Manage GST billing and e-way bills
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams
- Resolve billing issues and customer queries promptly
- Maintain organized billing records and reports
- Ensure timely billing and payment follow-ups
- RequirementsGraduate in Commerce or relevant field (preferred)
- 1–3 years’ experience in billing or invoicing
- Working knowledge of GST & Tally / Busy
- Proficient in MS Excel
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
