Job Description
- Prepare and generate customer invoices for transportation, freight, and logistics services
- Verify trip sheets, delivery challans, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and freight documents before billing
- Calculate freight charges, fuel costs, detention charges, and other service charges accurately
- Maintain daily billing records and update customer accounts
- Coordinate with operations and transport teams for trip and delivery details
- Follow up with clients for payment collections and outstanding dues
- Reconcile billing data with accounts and bank statements
