Billing Executive

Industry: Footwear Manufacturing

We are seeking a Full-Time Billing Executive for our footwear company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in billing operations and be proficient in BUSY Accounting Software.

• Location Requirement:Candidates must be residing within a 25 km radius of the company location
• This is a full-time, on-site position
• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, GST bills, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes
• Perform billing and accounting entries using BUSY Accounting Software
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and basic accounting data
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Verify correctness of rates, quantities, GST calculations, and HSN codes
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of billing records
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with BUSY Accounting Software (mandatory)
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
• Sound understanding of GST billing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage routine billing tasks independently

Prior experience in the footwear industry will be an added advantage
