Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Modeler with hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) for industrial, warehouse, and

factory projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural BIM modeling, documentation, and coordination with structural steel and MEP teams to support efficient industrial building delivery.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

·        Develop and manage architectural BIM models for industrial,

warehouse, and factory PEB projects using Revit.

·        Prepare architectural drawings including GA layouts, floor plans,

elevations, sections, roofing layouts, wall cladding details, and door/window

schedules.

·        Coordinate architectural models with PEB structural steel systems (frames, bracings, purlins) and MEP services.

·        Ensure compliance with industrial building standards, PEB design guidelines,

and BIM execution plans.

·        Update BIM models and drawings based on client comments, coordination

inputs, and site/fabrication requirements.

·        Assist in clash detection, model coordination reviews,

and interdisciplinary meetings.

·        Support preparation of construction and shop drawings aligned with PEB fabrication and erection sequences.

·        Work closely with project teams to resolve design and coordination

issues related to industrial facilities.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ structure.

·         Good

experience as a BIM Modeler or BIM professional, with mandatory experience in PEB

industrial / warehouse / factory projects.

·        Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.

·        Good understanding of industrial building layouts, PEB components,

steel structures, and coordination with structural steel consultants.

·        Basic knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection processes, and

coordination workflows.

·        Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
