Blowers Service Engineer

The Blowers Service Engineer is responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial blowers and related equipment at customer sites. The role ensures optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Install and commission industrial blowers (Roots blowers, centrifugal blowers, multistage blowers, etc.)Align blowers with motors and drive systems. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sitesInspect bearings, seals, couplings, belts, impellers, and lubrication systemsReplace faulty components and carry out overhauling work.Diagnose mechanical and operational issues such as vibration, noise, overheating, and pressure loss.Rectify faults related to air flow, pressure, and mechanical alignment.Provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.Prepare service reports, inspection checklists, and job completion reports.Record spare parts usage and recommend replacements.Coordinate with service coordinator for job updates.
