BMS Engineer

Responsibilities

·      Attend site breakdown and complaint calls for BMS-related issues

·      Troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, and communication faults

·      Check field wiring, panel connections, and network communication

·      Maintain HVAC integration such as AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems

·      Verify communication protocols like BACnet and Modbus

·      Carry out preventive maintenance under AMC contracts

·      Replace faulty devices and perform calibration

·      Take system backup and update controller programs when required

·      Coordinate with client facility teams and OEM support

·      Prepare daily service reports and visit reports

Field Work Duties

·      Visit multiple client sites as per service schedule

·      Inspect BMS panels and field devices

·      Resolve alarms and communication failures

·      Support shutdown activities when required

·      Ensure minimum system downtime

Skills Required ⚙️

·      Knowledge of HVAC controls

·      Electrical troubleshooting

·      Networking basics

·      Reading control schematics

·      Handling BMS software from Honeywell, Siemens, or Schneider Electric

Reporting

·      Submit service report after each visit

·      Update pending issues and recommendations
