We are seeking a dynamic Sales cum BPO Executive to promote and sell refurbished laptops and desktops. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and convert leads into sales. Responsibilities include explaining product features, negotiating prices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales inquiries via calls, chats, and emails
• Promote refurbished laptops and desktops to potential customers
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer complaints
• Maintain customer records and update CRM

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills
• Prior experience in BPO or sales preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
