Job Description
A BPO Telecaller with a close sales target, often called a Telesales Executive, is a sales-driven role focused on generating revenue by converting leads into completed sales over the phone. This role involves high-volume outbound calling, strict adherence to sales scripts, handling customer objections, and achieving daily, weekly, or monthly revenue targets.
- Key Responsibilities:-
- Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients or existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, complaints, or requests for assistance.
- Customer Interaction: Provide accurate information about products, services, prices, and promotions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, maintaining a professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs, feedback, and resolutions for future reference.
- Follow Scripts: Adhere to predefined communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
- Performance Targets: Meet specific sales goals or key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and sales conversions.
- Growth: Collaborate with team for strategy and growth.
- LEAD GENEATION: Generate leads ad close sales via phone.
