Job Description
💼 Job Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound soft calls with candidates
Maintaining and managing candidate profiles
Coordination with the recruitment and event team
💰 Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (as per interview and previous salary)
Performance Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000/month
Work Timings: Office hours (No field work)
Location: Office-based role in Saket, New Delhi
