Job Description:
Source HNI clients and franchisee every month.
Generate good revenue for the company as per the expectations and promote all the products of the company.
Should bring their own team with minimum 12 team members
Justify the budget of total sales designed by organization for the branch cost MoM which are sales + revenue + MF + franchisee acquisition + branch profitability.
NOTE- Mandatory to work on P & L base.
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of equity sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Develop individual sales strategies for each team member, providing coaching and ongoing development.
Ensure effective coordination between sales, trading, research, and other relevant departments.
Manage the recruitment, training, and retention of high-performing equity sales staff.
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and other stakeholders to expand the client base.
Provide clients with insightful market intelligence and tailored equity solutions to meet their investment needs.
Drive sales efforts for equity products including listed securities, equity derivatives, and structured products.
Understand client needs, providing timely advice, and positioning the firm’s equity offerings effectively.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, news, and developments to stay ahead of competitors and identify new business opportunities.
Implement strategies to improve market penetration, revenue growth, and product sales in the branch.
Analyze and report on branch performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Risk & Compliance Management:
Ensure that all equity sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee adherence to risk management protocols, ensuring that sales activities are aligned with the firm’s risk appetite.
Performance Reporting:
Track and report on branch performance metrics, sales progress, and client satisfaction.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales figures, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Criteria for Selection:
Should have good experience and knowledge of the field so as to justify their position.
