Job Description
Designation : Branch Relationship manager
> Identify potential leads and sources for prospective customers
> Connect with respective branches of these partners & organize training for employees and channel partners
> Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partner
> Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partner
> Ensure contracting of Partner with Max Life for process / Products / Technology
> Develop understanding of products & coach staff on product USP’s
> Ensure Product mix and control leakage and persistency
> Extending external networks with Key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increasing MLI wallet share
> Proactive distribution engagement with decision makers for running effective operations in business partnership
Required Candidate profile
• Education : Any Graduate With Good Communication
• Experience : Must 2 YRS of BFSI Sales / Banking / Finance / Insurance
• Age : 22 to 38 YRS (Fresher's can't apply)
