Role

The purpose of your role is to erect and guard brand guidelines, own content and responsible for owned assets, building community and running experiences.
As a Brand Lead, you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales. You will also be tasked with directing visual designs and photo shoots.
To be successful as a Brand Lead, you should have a good understanding of the consumer behaviour, be up to date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to market strategies and reporting on brand performances.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Brand guardian for brand pillars and brand book – ensuring adherence
2. Generate content – owned, earned and paid – this will include influencer management
3. Planning and executing events and experiences to drive engagement
4. Ensuring a strong and growing community around the brand
5. Responsible for all owned assets such as social media handles
6. Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
7. Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
8. Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
9. Increasing product sales and market share.
10. Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, product, legal, etc.
11. Working together with the agency ecosystem such as Brand, Advertisement agency, digital and events agency
12. Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
13. Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.

Academic Qualification & Experience

- Degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 15+ years of experience as Brand Manager/Lead – developing brand and marketing strategies

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Experience in auto and advanced industries preferable.

Behavioural Skills

● Ability to lead to large team.
● Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Previous experience in managing and leading teams.
● Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
● Budget management skills.
● Strong research and analytical skills
