BTL Operation Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager who can oversee day-to-day business operations, manage client requirements, and ensure smooth execution of projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams, handling vendors, and driving operational efficiency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end operations and ensure timely execution of projects
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver accordingly
• Handle and lead a team of 4–6 members effectively
• Oversee vendor management, negotiations, and coordination
• Monitor project costing, budgeting, and profitability
• Ensure smooth execution of BTL (Below The Line) activities
• Maintain operational efficiency and improve processes
• Track daily activities and prepare reports for management
• Resolve operational issues and ensure client satisfaction
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in operations/BTL/marketing execution
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Good knowledge of vendor handling and client servicing
