We are looking for a high-potential Engineering Graduate to work closely with the Founder on long-term strategy, market intelligence, and growth initiatives. This role is designed as a strategicapprenticeship to develop strong business, analytical, and leadership capabilities over time.

· Conduct in-depth market and industry research (Domestic & International)

· Track competitors, technologies, and emerging trends

· Collect, organize, and analyze data to support strategic decisions

· Prepare strategy reports, briefs, and presentations

· Support internal research and planning initiatives

· Study customer behavior, market forces, and business cycles

· Assist the Founder in evaluating new opportunities

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Any Discipline)

· Strong analytical and logical thinking ability

· Excellent research and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently on open-ended assignments

· Basic understanding of business and economics

· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· High learning agility and adaptability
