Job Overview

We are seeking a polished, ambitious, and well-connected Business Development Manager to join our luxury bathroom and sanitary fittings showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving high-end sales by building relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and HNIs (High Net-worth Individuals) to increase showroom traffic and convert projects. Apna +3

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Actively identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and developers to secure project specifications.
  • Client Engagement: Proactively engage with luxury clients, architects, and designers to present and promote premium bath fitting products and concepts.
  • Lead Generation & Sales: Drive new business opportunities, manage lead generation from initial contact to closing, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Expansion: Map the local market to identify new opportunities, attend networking events, and monitor competitor activity.
  • Showroom Sales: Act as a key brand ambassador in the showroom, facilitating visits for clients and designers to experience our luxury displays.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the building materials industry, specifically luxury sanitaryware, CP fittings, or luxury tiles/interior design.
  • Network: Existing network and strong relationships with architects, designers, and project managers.
  • Education: Graduate
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
