 We’re Hiring | Business Development / Key Account Executive – HORECA Sales

📍 Location: Delhi NCR

💼 Experience: 1–3Years

💰 CTC: ₹6 - 7 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)

About the Role

This is a pure field-based B2B sales role with a leading global MNC-backed multibrand wholesale organization serving Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers & Institutional buyers.

You’ll be on-ground daily, onboarding new HORECA customers and managing existing accounts within your territory.

What You’ll Do

Visit Hotels, Restaurants & Caterers to acquire and onboard new customers

Manage a portfolio of active HORECA accounts and drive repeat ordering & basket growth

Build relationships with owners, chefs & procurement teams

Execute daily beat plans, targets, and local promotions

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Share market feedback, competitor insights, and customer needs

Who Can Apply (Any One Background)

✔ Experience selling to Hotels / Restaurants / Caterers (B2B, field sales, merchant onboarding, food-tech platforms like Zomato/Swiggy, etc.)

✔ Hands-on experience inside hotels/restaurants/catering operations (chef, kitchen, purchase, inventory, outlet management)

✔ Background in food/FMCG/food supply categories (fresh produce, dairy, frozen, meat, packaged foods, ingredients)

Mandatory

Own two-wheeler + valid driving license

Willing to travel extensively for field sales
