Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Agency Partner to join our dynamic team at HDFC Life Insurance. As an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a network of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while helping them protect their financial future through our life insurance products.
Age Criteria : 30 + to 60
- Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Recruitment & Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to build a robust agency network.
- Conduct regular meetings with agents to ensure proper guidance, motivation, and skills development.
- Provide agents with continuous learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets by driving the team of agents to meet their individual and collective goals.
- Monitor and support agents in their sales process, helping them close business and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and up-sell HDFC Life products based on customer needs analysis and market trends.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all operations and business activities are conducted in compliance with the company’s policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance, agent development, and market conditions.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to ensure that HDFC Life remains competitive.
- Develop strategies for expanding business opportunities and improving market penetration.
