Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Agency Partner to join our dynamic team at HDFC Life Insurance. As an Agency Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a network of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while helping them protect their financial future through our life insurance products.

  2. Agency Recruitment & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to build a robust agency network.
  • Conduct regular meetings with agents to ensure proper guidance, motivation, and skills development.
  • Provide agents with continuous learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques.
  1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve sales targets by driving the team of agents to meet their individual and collective goals.
  • Monitor and support agents in their sales process, helping them close business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell HDFC Life products based on customer needs analysis and market trends.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with personalized insurance solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through excellent after-sales service.
  1. Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all operations and business activities are conducted in compliance with the company’s policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and report regularly on sales performance, agent development, and market conditions.
  1. Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to ensure that HDFC Life remains competitive.
  • Develop strategies for expanding business opportunities and improving market penetration.
