1. Identifying business opportunities through cold calling .
2. Plan and implement all strategies related to fundraising to achieve the desired target
3. Maintaining good PR with donors and convincing them to contribute to different projects.
4. To introduce new/innovative Sales and Marketing ideas to meet and exceed the targets.
5. Retention of existing donors.
6. Acquisition of new donors through Tele-Calling.
7. Salary range: 12000-25000+ incentives
