Job Description:-

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives/Sales Manager . In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, explaining our franchise model, closing deals, taking meetings, and encouraging leads to invest in the franchise opportunity. You will also have the chance to earn attractive incentives based on your performance.


Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Franchise Explanation: Clearly explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and operational benefits.

• Follow-up: Stay in touch with leads, provide more information, and track progress toward closing deals.

• Sales Conversion: Close leads and convert them into franchisees by guiding them through the entire process.

• Taking Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with interested leads to present the franchise opportunity and answer queries.

• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position the franchise effectively.

• Phone and Presentation Skills: Ability to engage with leads effectively over the phone and deliver impactful presentations during meetings.

• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings, presenting company proposals, and collecting payments. All travel expenses are covered by the company.


Requirements: • Minimum 1 Year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Basic knowledge of MS Office

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Willingness to travel across India
