Business Development Executive

Job Description:

- Sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

- Meet and exceed sales targets

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

- Good communication skills and sales pitch

- Ability to work in a team and independently

- 2/4 wheeler mandatory (own vehicle required)

Salary and Benefits:

- Fixed salary module with attractive incentives

- Freshers: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (depending on prior experience and knowledge)

- Interns: ₹10,000 stipend per month

- Good incentives on completing:

  - Client visit targets

  - Sales targets
