Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales & Lead Management)

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi (Near Metro Station)


About the Role:

We are a growing RFID technology company looking for a smart and proactive Business Development Executive. The role involves managing incoming inquiries and converting them into sales. You will be working on warm leads generated through our marketing channels.


​We run IndiaRFIDstore.com, one of India's largest online marketplaces for RFID hardware, serving over 19,000+ customers including corporate offices, factories, and event management companies. Our solutions help businesses track assets, manage inventory, and secure premises efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Management: Handle and follow up on business leads generated via IndiaMART, Google Ads, and Company Website.

* Client Communication: Draft professional emails to clients regarding product details, quotations, and follow-ups.

* Data Management: Maintain lead status, customer details, and daily reports using MS Excel.

* Sales Conversion: Understand client requirements and close deals over the phone/email.

Requirements:

* Mandatory Skills: Good command over MS Excel and professional Email Drafting.

* Communication: Clear spoken Hindi and English. Decent written English (for emails).

* Location Preference: Candidates residing in South Delhi or East of Kailash (nearby areas) will be given first preference.

* Experience: Freshers with good communication skills or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Tele-sales/Backend Support.


Salary & Benefits:

* Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Fixed).

* Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 extra per month based on internal performance criteria (Total earning potential ₹20,000+).

Working Hours & Leave Policy:

* Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

* Leaves: 2 Paid Leaves per month (1 Casual Leave + 1 Medical Leave) + Sundays Off.
