Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of selling products or services.
  • Follow scripts and talking points to effectively communicate the value proposition.

Product Knowledge:

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services being offered.
  • Clearly and persuasively articulate product features and benefits to potential customers.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and other lead generation activities.
  • Keep accurate records of customer information and interactions in the CRM system.

Sales Pitch:

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to capture the interest of potential customers.
  • Address customer concerns and objections effectively to close sales.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences and needs.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to optimize the sales process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing information.

Documentation:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on sales activities.
  • Maintain documentation of sales transactions and customer interactions.
