Job Description

Business Development Executive (Sales-Native Only)


We are a manufacturing company operating in the lifestyle healthcare segment focused on air pollution exposure.

We are NOT an air purifier manufacturer.

We are hiring sales-native Business Development Executives who can identify prospects, initiate conversations, present value clearly, and move deals forward.

This is a pure office-based sales role for candidates who are already comfortable with outbound calling, objection handling, and pricing discussions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through active prospecting
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound enquiries
  • Understand customer needs and present the product clearly and confidently
  • Handle objections and guide prospects toward a buying decision
  • Maintain basic follow-up records and sales updates
  • Work closely with the division head during initial deal closures


Who Should Apply (MANDATORY)

Apply ONLY if you have:

  • 3–6 years of hands-on sales experience (any sector)
  • Prior exposure to lead generation + customer conversations
  • Experience in insurance / real estate / edtech / services / inside sales preferred
  • Confidence speaking with customers in English and Hindi
  • Comfort discussing pricing, value, and closing conversations
  • A mindset focused on conversions, not just explanations

Medical or technical background is NOT required. Full product training is provided.

A strong sales mindset IS required.


Who Should NOT Apply

  • A pharmacist or working in a medical store
  • A lab technician, hospital staff, or healthcare support role
  • A fresher with no prior sales experience
  • Looking only for field sales work
  • Not comfortable making outbound calls


Compensation: ₹30,000 per month fixed + ₹7,000 commission per sale

  • Commission is uncapped
  • Commission is paid monthly, based on sales completed and full payments received in the previous month
