Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the staffing and manpower supply industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate and close leads, build long-term relationships with clients, and consistently meet monthly business targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate quality leads through cold calling, networking, social media (especially LinkedIn), references, and industry events.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients across various sectors such as IT, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, real estate, retail, etc.
  • Pitch manpower and staffing solutions tailored to client needs – including unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled personnel.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships for recurring business.
  • Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely and quality manpower deployment.
  • Maintain CRM or lead tracking systems to update status and pipeline movement.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for revenue and closures.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or staffing services.
  • Strong sales acumen with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Good understanding of private sector manpower/staffing needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong LinkedIn and business networking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
