Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to handle B2B sales and convert incoming leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial into successful business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and convert B2B leads generated via IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and wholesalers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Hands-on experience with IndiaMART / Justdial lead handling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of mobile accessories or electronics industry is a plus
  • Target-driven and customer-focused approach
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
