Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to handle B2B sales and convert incoming leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART and Justdial into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert B2B leads generated via IndiaMART, Justdial, and other online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and wholesalers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales data
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1β3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART / Justdial lead handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of mobile accessories or electronics industry is a plus
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business)
