Job Description

🔹 Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation platforms.

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-value clients across industries (B2B and B2C).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

🔹 Relationship Building & Client Management

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.

  • Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client for new business pitches.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and transition to the servicing/strategy teams.

🔹 Pitching & Proposal Development

Prepare tailored pitch decks and compelling proposals in collaboration with the strategy and creative teams.

  • Present ideas, solutions, and value propositions that align with client objectives and agency capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and scope of work.

🔹 Revenue Growth & Strategic Planning

Develop and meet revenue and growth targets through strategic partnerships and upselling/cross-selling services.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define business development goals and quarterly plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify market gaps and opportunities.

🔹 Collaboration with Internal Teams

Work closely with the strategy, creative, media, and content teams to align solutions with client needs.

  • Provide market feedback to internal teams for service improvements or new offerings.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, proposals, and client interactions.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development performance, wins/losses, and forecasts.
