Job Description

Job Summary: As a Business Development Executive at Paapos, you will spearhead acquiring new clients and cultivating long-lasting relationships. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional communication abilities, and an unwavering passion for driving business growth within the logistics industry.


Job Responsibilities: -

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, cultivating relationships to convert them into long-term, valuable customers.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including phone calls and in-person visits, within designated markets or geographic regions to continually build a strong pipeline of potential business opportunities.
  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers and foster strong professional relationships with them.
  • Strategically plan tailored approaches and compelling pitches. Collaborate closely with teams to craft proposals that effectively address the clients' specific needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Meeting the clients regularly before and after onboarding (Same City)


Job Requirements: -

  • 1 to 5 years of proven experience in sales roles. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the logistics industry.
  • There is no strict educational requirement, candidates must possess the desired skill set
  • The Necessary Skills include: proficiency in networking and relationship building, persuasive communication abilities, confidence in public speaking, strong research and analytical capabilities, an innate drive for sales and prospecting, adeptness in identifying customer needs and challenges, a track record of achieving sales targets, professionalism, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport and negotiating effectively with clients.
  • A level of maturity and understanding that allows for seamless navigation of the B2B sales cycle and associated processes.
