Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Identify, qualify and nurture leads across India & APAC markets
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team
- Handle inbound, outbound calls & webinar-generated leads with timely follow-ups
- Maintain daily CRM updates, pipeline hygiene, and activity reporting
- Participate in client visits, events or seminars when required
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Minimum 2 qualified leads per day
- Strong CRM discipline & structured follow-ups
- Consistent outreach and conversion tracking
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Experience in IT training, EdTech or B2B services (preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and multi-channel outreach
- Result-driven mindset with high ownership
