Job Title: International Sales Executive – IPSS GLOBAL


 Job Type: FullTime


 Shifts:


 US Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (IST)

 UK Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:30 AM (IST)




 Job Overview:


IPSS GLOBAL is looking for a highperforming International Sales Executive who can independently manage the complete sales cycle — international calling, counselling, product pitching, meeting setup, and sales closure. The role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and experience in closing highvalue deals with international clients.




 Key Responsibilities:


 Sales & Calling:


 Make outbound international calls (US/UK markets) to prospective customers.

 Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and schedule meetings.

 Conduct virtual meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) with parents/students.


 Counselling & Product Pitching:


 Counsel customers based on academic needs and goals.

 Present and pitch IPSS GLOBAL’s programs clearly and confidently.

 Handle objections, negotiate, and guide prospects towards enrollment.


 Closure & Revenue:


 Close sales independently and achieve monthly revenue targets of ₹7–10 Lakhs.

 Maintain accurate followups and closure timelines.

 Ensure high conversion rates from calls to meetings to enrollments.


 CRM & Reporting:


 Update CRM with call notes, meeting outcomes, and sales status.

 Track daily activity, followups, and monthly targets.




 Required Skills & Experience:


6 month to 1 year of international sales experience (US/UK calling experience prefered).

 Proven experience in counselling, product pitching, and closing sales.

 Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

 Strong negotiation, objection handling, and persuasion skills.

 Comfortable working night / late shifts.

 Targetdriven mindset with ability to perform under pressure.




 Preferred Qualifications:


 Experience in EdTech / Education sales.

 Prior experience handling highticket or consultative sales.

 Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.




 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


 Number of international calls made per day

 Meetings scheduled and conducted

 Conversion rate (meeting to closure)

 Monthly revenue achievement (₹7–10L)
