Job Description
Job Title: Support & Operations Coordinator – International Courier
Location: Delhi (Lajpat Nagar) / On-site
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years (freshers with strong communication + Excel can apply)
About Us
We are an international courier company based in Delhi, handling global shipments for businesses and individuals. We’re looking for a smart, organized person who can manage inside sales calls + daily shipment coordination + tracking updates + data entry—while keeping communication professional and structured.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales & Lead HandlingCall and follow up with new enquiries (JustDial, inbound leads, WhatsApp, website).
- Convert enquiries into bookings by sharing pricing, timelines, and process clearly.
- Maintain lead list/CRM with daily follow-ups and status updates.
- Build a pipeline and bring consistent new bookings through calling + follow-up.
Client Communication & Shipment Updates
- Reply to clients on WhatsApp/email quickly and professionally.
- Share tracking updates and proactive shipment status (pickup, in-transit, customs, delivered).
- Coordinate with operations team and partners to resolve delivery/tracking issues.
Operations & Tracking Coordination
- Update shipment details in the software daily (AWB, weight, status, remarks).
- Track pending shipments and flag exceptions/delays for resolution.
- Maintain templates for emails/messages (tracking update, delay update, documents request, etc.).
Data Entry & Compliance Support
- Do regular ECCS / courier shipment data entries (as per process).
- Maintain accurate records of shipment details and customer documents.
- Ensure daily data is clean, verified, and properly filed.
Sales Follow-ups & Reporting
- Maintain daily cash report entries.
- Track cash pending / payment pending clients and follow up for collections.
- Update payment status and share daily/weekly pending report with manager.
Online Presence & Promotions
- Assist in fixing/updating Google Business Profile listing and ensuring correct info is live.
- Support basic online promotions (posting updates/offers on Google listing/socials if required).
- Coordinate for reviews/follow-ups with happy clients (optional but preferred).
Skills & Requirements
- Strong Hindi + English communication (calling + WhatsApp/email etiquette).
- Comfortable with daily calling & follow-ups (sales mindset).
- Good computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, email formatting, data entry.
- Highly organized: can manage multiple shipments/leads without missing follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of courier/logistics is a plus (not mandatory).
- Honest, responsible, and good at working under daily deadlines.
What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
- New sales conversions from calls and JustDial/inbound leads.
- Accurate tracking updates and minimal client complaints.
- Daily software/ECCS entries completed with low error rate.
- Clean cash report + reduced cash pending.
