Job Description

This role is responsible for driving client growth and owning the end-to-end sales process for creative services.

You will work closely with the founder to identify relevant brands, initiate conversations, pitch creative services, and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to sell services in the creative industry and is comfortable building systems from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research relevant brands and decision-makers
  • Lead cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Pitch creative direction, styling, and campaign services
  • Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline (CRM, tracking, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate with the founder on pricing, proposals, and client requirements
  • Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships
