Job Description
This role is responsible for driving client growth and owning the end-to-end sales process for creative services.
You will work closely with the founder to identify relevant brands, initiate conversations, pitch creative services, and convert leads into long-term clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to sell services in the creative industry and is comfortable building systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research relevant brands and decision-makers
- Lead cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
- Pitch creative direction, styling, and campaign services
- Manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
- Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline (CRM, tracking, follow-ups)
- Coordinate with the founder on pricing, proposals, and client requirements
- Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships
