• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through online and offline channels
• Execute LinkedIn marketing strategies for lead generation and professional outreach
• Manage email communication, follow-ups, and client coordination
• Conduct online and offline client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Prepare proposals, reports, and client records using MS Word and MS Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Meet assigned business development targets and revenue goals
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong working knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and lead generation
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Confident, presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling client meetings, calls, and presentations
• Target-driven mindset with willingness to learn and grow
• Training & Onboarding7 days of structured training will be provided by the company
• Training will include company services, sales processes, client handling, and communication standards
• Compensation (CTC)CTC will be decided based on interview performance, experience, and skill level
• Salary structure will be as per company policy and applicable statutory norms

• Timely follow-ups and CRM/report updates
